NoticeRight operates under a strict zero-account architecture. Landlords generate state-compliant notices immediately without submitting login credentials, storing personal profile information, or creating persistent server accounts. Session inputs and notice parameters exist solely during document compilation.

Document processing occurs securely in memory and session variables are discarded immediately after PDF generation. We never retain tenant names, rental amounts, or property addresses, ensuring complete confidentiality for independent property owners across all 50 states.
